I am pleased to celebrate the third anniversary of the Pan Arab Journal of Neurosurgery (PAJN) with you. Our inaugural issue was published in June 2021, and I am delighted to mark the fourth year since we relaunched the journal in January 2021. I am excited to announce the publication of the June 2024 issue, featuring diverse topics from countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunis, Turkey and Yemen. This year, we received an increased number of submissions, allowing us to select the most distinguished articles for publication. All articles published in the PAJN are freely accessible through our open-access platform. Our goal is to advance medical education and science, and this open access platform has significantly increased the visibility of our journal's articles. To date, we have published 76 articles, which have been downloaded over 11,093 times. We remain committed to engaging young neurosurgeons and encouraging authors' work. The PAJN aims to provide neurosurgeons with the latest research and information in a format that is useful for improving patient care in Arab countries and worldwide.
